Receipt of notifications pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act
The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (the "Company"), announces that on 12 February 2024 it received notifications pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (“Act on Public Offering”) from Mr Dariusz Topolewski, Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński, Topolewscy Corvus Albus Family Foundation and Zawieruszyńscy Family Foundation.
The notices relate to: (i) the transfer of the Company shares by Mr Dariusz Topolewski to Topolewscy Corvus Albus Family Foundation by way of a donation agreement; and (ii) the transfer of the Company shares by Mr Ryszard Zawieruszyński to Zawieruszyńscy Family Foundation by way of a donation agreement.
