Publication dates of interim reports in 2024
The Management Board of the Company OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz hereby publicly announces the publication dates of interim reports in 2024.
- 1. Annual reports:
- Consolidated annual report of OPONEO.PL Capital Group for 2023 – 29 March 2024,
- Separate annual report of OPONEO.PL S.A. for 2023 – 29 March 2024.
2. Consolidated interim report - 14 August 2024.
3. Consolidated quarterly reports containing the quarterly financial information:
- for the first quarter of 2024 - 23 May 2024,
- for third quarter of 2024 - 07 November 2024.
The Management Board of the Company informs that in accordance with §62(1) and (3) of the Regulation on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the "Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and the standalone semi-annual report, while the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain, respectively, quarterly financial information and the condensed semi-annual financial statements, including the report of the audit firm reviewing these statements.
Pursuant to §79(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish the quarterly report and the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for the second quarter of 2024.
