The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (the “Company”), acting pursuant to and within the meaning of Article 70(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (the “Act on Public Offering”), hereby publishes a notification from Norges Bank, delivered to the Company on 16 December 2024 pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering.
