Appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board of OPONEO.PL S.A.
The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter: the “Company”) informs that on 13 June 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of OPONEO.PL S.A. adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr Robert Panufnik as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
In accordance with the declaration submitted, Mr Robert Panufnik is not engaged in any activity which would be competitive to the Company's business, is not a partner in a competitive civil law company or partnership and is not a member of a governing body of any other legal person competitive to OPONEO.PL S.A.
The new member of the Supervisory Board is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
