Appointment of a Member of the Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A.

The Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz (the “Company”) informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company at its meeting on 20 March 2024 adopted a resolution on appointment to the Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. of Mr Arkadiusz Kocemba with effect from 20 March 2024 and to entrust him with the function of Member of the Management Board.

 

Mr Arkadiusz Kocemba has been involved with the Company's structures since its inception. In the years 2004 - 2006 he acted in the capacity of the President of the Management Board of Marketeo.com Sp. z o.o. (formerly: Citynet Media Sp. z o.o.), subsequently in the Management Board of OPONEO.PL Sp. z o.o. until 2007 and later as a Member of the Management Board of OPONEO.PL S.A. until 2008. In his position as the Development Director until 2024, he was responsible for, among others, further construction investments related to the Company headquarters infrastructure, as well as the construction and management of critical infrastructure. In the years 2007 - 2013, he was responsible at OPONEO.PL S.A. for the introduction of 7 projects subsidised by EU funds. In the years 2023- 2024 he also acted in the capacity of a Member of the Management Board in the subsidiary, Rotopino.pl S.A. He studied the specialisation: Spanish at the Teacher Training College (NKJO) in Bydgoszcz, as well as at the Higher School of Pedagogy (currently: Kazimierz Wielki University).

 

In accordance with the declaration submitted by Mr Arkadiusz Kocemba, he is not engaged in any activity competitive to the business of OPONEO.PL S.A., he is not a partner in a civil or private partnership competitive to the Issuer, nor is he a member of a body of a capital company competitive to OPONEO.PL S.A.

 

Mr Arkadiusz Kocemba is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.
