The fundamental activity of OPONEO.PL Capital Group is retail sale of parts and accessories for cars (first of all tyres and wheels) by Internet using polish and foreign websites and computer tools in order to improve sales.

The Parent company is OPONEO.PL S.A., located in Bydgoszcz. The company was established on the basis of a public limited company on 5 February 2007.

The OPONEO.PL Group includes the following subsidiaries::

Opony.pl Sp. z o. o., located in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controled the company Opony.pl Sp. z o. o. from 25 February 2010 and is owned in 100% of shares in the equity of the subsidiary.

OPONEO.CO.UK LTD located in London, England. OPONEO.PL S.A. controls the company OPONEO.CO.UK LTD from 30 July 2012 and is owned 100% shares in the equity of the subsidiary.

Oponeo.de GmbH located in Berlin, Germany. OPONEO.PL S.A. controls the company Oponeo.de GmbH from 6 September 2012 and is owned 100% shares in the equity of the subsidiary.

OPONEO Lastik Satış ve Pazarlama Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi located in Istanbul, Turkey. OPONEO.PL S.A. controls the company OPONEO Lastik Satış ve Pazarlama Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi from 2 October 2012 and is owned 99% shares in the equity of the subsidiary.

OPONEO.COM Inc. located in USA. OPONEO.PL S.A. controls the company OPONEO.COM Inc. from 31th December 2012 and is owned 100% shares in the equity of the subsidiary.

Hurtopon.pl Sp. z o.o. located in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. controls the company Hurtopon.pl Sp. z o.o. since 20th of December 2013 and owns 100% shares in the equity of the subsidiary.
